Our trained and experienced "Shoppers", posing as customers and interacting with your employees, will observe, evaluate and report on your employee's customer courtesy traits, integrity, job knowledge, product knowledge, sales abilities, and conformity to company rules and regulations as outlined by you.

 
  SCHEDULING SHOPS
"Shoppers" are available to provide shops at various locations, on specific days or at specific times as requested by you.

A monthly shopping schedule, established by you, whereby a set number of locations are shopped on a weekly or bi-weekly basis by an alternating team of our experienced "shoppers", assures you continuous monitoring and evaluation of your sales people, cashiers, and management personnel.

 
 
CLIENT LIAISON / REPORTS
Our Account Management staff comprised of individuals with extensive retail management backgrounds, will assist and meet with you to determine and establish your specific concerns and needs prior to the commencement of shopping services.

We provide prompt, accurate shopping reports, broken down by individual facility shopped.
